What Is Kefunova™ Cream?
Kefunova™ Cream brings together two well-characterized topical agents — fluorouracil (5-FU) and calcipotriene — in a single cream. This is the same immune-directed combination that has been evaluated in peer-reviewed clinical research for the field treatment of actinic keratosis.12
Fluorouracil targets sun-damaged, rapidly dividing skin cells, while calcipotriene, a vitamin D derivative, helps activate the skin’s immune response through the induction of TSLP. Together, they are designed to help the immune system recognize and clear precancerous cells.1
Kefunova™ Cream is dispensed in a 30 mL airless pump designed for controlled, consistent application.

What to Expect
A localized skin reaction — including redness and inflammation at the treatment site — is expected and reflects the immune response observed in clinical research.
In the published trial, redness generally peaked approximately 10 to 11 days after treatment before gradually resolving. Contact your healthcare provider with any concerns during treatment.1
